WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. Games will begin exactly on time, and we are unable to wait if you are late. In the event you arrive late, your game play time may be reduced.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
MONDAY - THURSDAY FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY
Groups of 4+ — $27.00 per player Groups of 3+ — $30.00 per player

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?
- If you must cancel your reservation, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Please call or email us to make a cancellation.
- If you cancel with a minimum of 24 hours notice, you are eligible for a refund of the full amount minus booking and credit card processing fees.
- If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we can try to reschedule your room for a later date.
- Boss-Play Escape Rooms does not offer refunds on the same day as the reservation.
- Credit card processing and booking fees are always nonrefundable.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Yes, because all our games are private bookings all ages are welcome and children under 8 are free. However, children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
ARE WE ACTUALLY LOCKED IN THE ROOM?
No, there is always at least one door unlocked in case of emergency.
If you need to leave the game for any non-emergencies, ask your gamemaster first before leaving.

IS IT SCARY?
No, there is nothing in the room that will intentionally scare you. There are also no actors inside the room with you during the game.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY IN A ROOM?
